Baxter operates state-of-the-art Technical Service Centres throughout Australia. We have a dedicated team of Service Engineers with vast field experience to provide a complete after sales service for all Baxter devices.
Operational Support
Operational support is provided for home patients and their carers using Baxter products for Renal Dialysis and Parenteral Nutrition.
Product Repairs
Product repairs are performed by our certified technicians using factory approved parts and procedures. Our technicians use the latest techniques both in-house and in the field and all repairs include recalibration and electrical safety testing before being released.
Technical Training
Regular technical training classes are held for customers, technicians and operators of Baxter devices and are delivered by Baxter’s certified trainers. Courses are held at the Baxter training centre or at a facility nominated by the customer. Courses cover therapy overview, clinical/operator overview, electronic function and maintenance, and calibration procedures.
